Perfect spot for solo adventurer

I loved the amazing city views from my room! It was super convenient to store my luggage before check-in and after checking out. The laundry was also good value. The only thing is, the room was a bit cramped-hard to move around with my suitcase out. The restaurant was a nice surprise too, great food!

We liked it, especially its location and atmosphere. The whole experience was enjoyable.

Just a decent option for a brief stop-in in Tottori with really good value. The friendly staff were actually able to speak some English, made things easier. There's a good selection at breakfast, making it worth the price.

Staying with my girlfriend and kids was good! The restaurant in the hotel was so great, offering great variety and flavor. We also loved the clean, spacious room. Plus, there's a coin laundry, super handy!

For dads, it would be great if the room had a proper smell check.

Great location, only a short walk from the main street and station. One thing that stood out at Tottori City Hotel was the cleanliness. The room was super clean, just as you would expect in Japan. I appreciated the fact that the staff called me when I left my belongings in the room. It showed their attention to detail and excellent customer service. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with a variety of dishes including some delicious fish options. It was a nice way to start the day. Another positive aspect was the flexibility of the staff. They allowed my roommate to check in early without any hassle, even though the room was booked under my name.

The only minor drawback was that the air conditioner was a bit warm. if the weather had been colder, it would have been perfect.

The breakfast is reasonably priced at jpy 850 per person daily and this place is a great choice for a two-night visit.

The room was spacious enough for our needs and the bathroom was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The hotel was conveniently located near public transportation and plenty of restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast offered at the hotel.

That the air conditioning in our room was not working properly. It was quite warm in the room and we had to open the window to cool it down.

Stayed over Christmas and it was very enjoyable. the hotel was extremely clean and the staff were accommodating. the hotel was in a fantastic location, only a short walk from the train station which made it easy to find. the Japanese style room was perfect for the experience and the separate bathroom was convenient.

Although the staff were friendly, they struggled with English which made communication difficult. the western style room was very cramped with limited space for luggage.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was perfect, as we were able to easily access the train and bus stations. Plus, the hotel is right by a beautiful river that's definitely worth checking out. the staff were very accommodating and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We appreciated the amenities, like a kettle and cup for tea, and the great value for the price.

One small downside was that the walls weren't very soundproof, so we could hear our neighbors at times. Nonetheless, this didn't detract from our overall enjoyable experience at this hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the station and close to many restaurants and shops. The hotel also offered bicycle rentals and parking for cyclists. The cleanliness of the room was fantastic, and the hotel facilities were excellent. the staff was friendly and accommodating. Lastly, the breakfast was excellent. There was a wide variety of options available, both Japanese and non-Japanese, and it was all delicious.
